Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Welcome to the website of Slab Leak Pros. By using this website, or by booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Our Services

Slab Leak Pros provides slab leak detection services in Perris, California and the surrounding areas listed on this website. Detection work is performed using non-invasive methods, including acoustic listening equipment, thermal imaging, pressure testing and moisture readings. Where repair work is needed, repairs are performed by, or coordinated with, licensed California plumbing contractors.

2. Appointments and Property Access

• Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows. We will call or message you if we are running early or late.
• You are responsible for giving our technician safe access to the property, including access to the water meter, the main shutoff and the areas that need testing.
• Please secure pets before we arrive and move vehicles or items that block access to work areas.
• If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Detection findings are explained to you on site, together with your repair options. No repair work begins without your approval. Prices given before a repair are based on what can be seen and tested at the time. If hidden conditions are found once work begins, for example additional damaged pipe or access problems that could not be detected beforehand, the price for the approved work may change. In that case we will explain the change and get your approval before continuing.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the agreed work is completed, unless a different arrangement has been agreed with you in writing beforehand. We will tell you which payment methods we accept at the time of booking or on site.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling us. Please give us as much notice as you can, especially for same-day appointments, so another homeowner can use the slot.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Tell us about any known plumbing problems, past repairs, or water damage before we start.
• Keep children and pets away from work areas while work is being done.
• If you notice active flooding, shut off your main water valve if you can do so safely, and call us right away.

7. Warranties

Any warranty for a specific job is the warranty given to you in writing for that job. No other warranty, promise or guarantee applies unless it is written into your job documentation. Nothing on this website creates a warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Slab Leak Pros is not responsible for damage caused by conditions that existed before our work, hidden conditions that could not reasonably be detected during testing, or indirect losses such as temporary accommodation or lost income. Our responsibility for any claim connected with a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the version that applies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute connected with our services will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California, unless both sides agree in writing to a different process.
